All rides you upload to this website are public by default. The purpose of this project is for community safety, so it doesn't make any sense to keep rides private. That being said, none of your data will be sold or transferred to third parties. Additionally, any data used in research studies will be aggregated and made as anonymous as possible. Lastly, if you really want to make one of your rides private, you can do so and that will keep anyone else from seeing your ride in your public list of rides, but please note that this goes against the spirit of this project. By uploading and/or syncing rides and/or using data/visualizations from this site to make or guide any route decisions, including whether or not to ride your bike at all, you are agreeing to release mybiketraffic.com and its developers/owners/employers from all damage claims, injury claims, or claims of any kind related to your usage or other people's usage of the site or any data/visualizations from the site. DO NOT UPLOAD, SYNC, OR USE THIS SITE AT ALL IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
